As Glamorous as my field work looks… most of the time I’m actually in the lab.
I’m home in the Eggert lab for Ecological and conservation genetics at the University of Missouri. It’s not just me here all by myself of course, so from time to time other lab members are sure to make an appearance here or turn up in photos. Don’t be alarmed. They’re here to help.
We study all sorts of species here. More than just elephants I swear, although it does seem to be a specialty thanks to our research adviser, Dr. Lori Eggert, who is the master in all things elephants, but gladly takes on other species as well.
Be familiar with the other lab members too. They are soon to be stars in the research community and are experts in their fields.
